It is important that sellers update the status of their product/s to ensure a seamless transaction with the buyers.

Mark as Paused
  • Product currently unavailable 
  • Experiencing large volume of orders
Mark as Sold
  • If the product is sold out.
  • Once sold, the item will be archived
Archive Listing
  • Remove the item from Marketplace and Store
  • Only listings with no pending orders can be archived
Mark as Active
  • The product is no longer paused and is now again available for purchase
Relist Item
  • Relist archived item/s 
  • The product is now again available for purchase


Note: 

- Ongoing orders will not be affected

- Update will reflect in real-time.



Here's how to update the status of your listing:


1. Go to "Store"


2. Tap the menu icon on the product that you want to update


3. Choose from the options then tap "Proceed"

With NO Pending Orders

Here's how to update the status of your listing from paused to active:


1. On the Store page, tap the menu icon on the item that you want to update


2. Tap "Mark as Active"


3. Tap "Proceed"
