Processing refunds can either be done automatically by the system or manually by sellers. 


  • Ongoing Order: You may cancel your order under certain circumstances. The payment that was taken from your credit/debit card will be then automatically refunded less the cancellation fee.
  • Completed Order: You may contact the seller first and relay your concern. However, if the seller is unresponsive you may raise a dispute directly on the app and request a refund. 



IMPORTANT: 
- Kindly note that it may take 6-7 business days for the refund amount to be posted on your account. 
- Cancellation or transaction fees may apply. 
- The cancellation and transaction fee is equivalent to 3.6% of the total refund amount.
